Effective July 18, 2026. This policy explains the information Prognostication processes when you visit the site, use an account, contact us, or—when enrollment opens—purchase access.
Information you provide
We may process your email address, name, password-derived authentication data, support correspondence, account preferences, and subscription status. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are not intended to be stored by Prognostication.
Information collected automatically
Hosting and security systems may process IP address, device and browser information, requested pages, timestamps, cookies, and diagnostic events needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, enforce access tiers, provide and secure the service, respond to support requests, maintain records, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure and processors such as Vercel for hosting, Supabase for application data, and Stripe for payments. Providers process information under their own agreements and privacy terms. The exact provider set may change as the service evolves.
Cookies
Essential cookies may maintain authentication and account state. We do not require advertising cookies to deliver the current service. Browser controls can remove cookies, but doing so may sign you out.
Disclosure
We may disclose information to service providers, when required by law, to protect users or the service, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction. We do not represent that personal information is sold for targeted advertising.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including security, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of applicable personal information by contacting us. Rights vary by jurisdiction, and we may need to verify identity or retain information where legally permitted.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and market-related services may have higher eligibility requirements. Do not provide personal information if you are not legally eligible to use the service.
